Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an air conditioner which can operate automatically in an appropriate mode which is suitable for the weather and season.
CONSTITUTION: In an air conditioner 1 which is provided with a controller 10 for switching automatically the operation mode the controller selects dehumidifying operation if the outside air temperature is in the range of 15-20°C, room temperature in the range of 15-26°C, and the month is one of May to October, and a selection means 11 is provided to select heating operation if the month is one of November to April. Accordingly the operation that is most suitable for the weather and season is carried out and it is possible to effect automatic operation in the most pleasant operation mode.
