To enable cooling with low electric power consumption without introducing installations excluding an air conditioning device and avoid a situation where air which is hardly cooled is blown out to an indoor side immediately after a compressor cycle.
A refrigerant circuit includes: a first circulation path in which a refrigerant passes through a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator and bypasses a pump; a second circulation path in which the refrigerant passes through the pump, the evaporator and the condenser and bypasses the compressor; and a bypass interconnecting an outlet of the pump and an inlet of the condenser. Thus, the refrigerant circuit includes a third circulation path in which the refrigerant passes through the pump, the condenser and the bypass and does not pass through the compressor and the evaporator. After stop of the compressor cycle for circulating the refrigerant in the first circulation path, the air conditioning device circulates the refrigerant in the third circulation path, and then starts a pump cycle for circulating the refrigerant in the second circulation path.
