Abstract:
PURPOSE:To drop out by a desired input, by transferring the displacement of a feedback bellows to a flapper through a bellows displacement transferring means of an elastic material. CONSTITUTION:In the aixal center position in a feedback bellows 22, a stopper pin 26 is set to a fixed plate 25 to which a fixed end of the bellows has been installed. Accordingly, a space between the tip of the bellows 22 and the fixed plate 25 does not become a constant value or below since it is limited by the stopper pin 26. On the contact part of a flapper 17 and the bellows 22, a tongue 29 is formed by a U-cut groove 28, and with this tongue 29, the tip of the feedback bellows 22 contact. That is, displacement of the tip of the bellows 22 is transferred to the flapper 17 through the elastic tongue 29.
