Title:
ALIGNING WINDING CORE SHAFT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002003025
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To certainly and concentrically grab a winding core, prevent degradation of a grabbing force due to air leakage during taking up, prevent decentering of the winding core or vibration, and smoothen taking up of a sheet-like material, in a core shaft having a lug for grabbing the core.

In this core shaft having projectable lugs 10 for grabbing the winding core, a plurality of lugs 10 are uniformly provided on the same circumference, an inner core pipe 2 for flowing air is disposed in the central part of the core shaft, an air cylinder 4 having a cylinder tilting wall 4a with a desired angle axially movably between the inner core pipe 2 and the lugs 10 and storing a spring member 15 inside and a slide fitting 9 having an oppositely directional tilting wall facing to the tilting wall 4a of the cylinder 4 are disposed between the inner core pipe 2 and the lugs 10. The lugs 10 are mounted on the slide fitting 9, a spring force of a spring member uniformly projects each lug 10 from the outer peripheral surface of the shaft during take-up, and air is injected to allow the lugs to be stored during mounting or removing of a paper tube or the like.
