PURPOSE: To make an input from the side of a wheel absorbable and improve in riding quantity in controlling a body vibration by connecting a pair of working fluid passages each other lying between an actuator controlling a caster angle and a control valve, with an interconnecting passage, and installing a variable valve which makes a passage area of this interconnecting passage variable.
CONSTITUTION: Both first and second oil paths lying between an actuator 7 and a solenoid valve 8 in an alignment unit are constituted so as to be connected with an interconnecting passage installed through a damping force regulating valve making a passage area variable. In addition, when a pressure rise has occurred in the actuator 7 with the input out of the wheel side, the pressure oil is made to flow in the interconnecting passage, the pressure rise is compensated and thereby a road surface input is absorbed. At this time, a target caster angle is operated on the basis of those of handle angle, longitudinal G, symmetrical G and such like in addition to output of a stroke sensor 15 detecting a working stroke of the actuator 7, at an electronic control unit 10, and in conformity with the operated result, operations of the actuator 7 are controlled via the solenoid valve 8.
