This label has a base material 11, a release layer 12 which is formed in part or the whole surface of one surface of the base material 11, a transparent or translucent resin layer 13 which is formed on one surface of the release layer 12, an information display layer 15 which is formed on one surface of the resin layer 13 and displays security information 14a, a transparent or translucent tacky adhesive layer 15 which is formed on one surface of the resin layer 13 or the information display layer 14 and is stuck to an adherend 20 and a release layer 16 which is formed on the other surface of the base material 11 and has a release property to the tacky adhesive surface of the tacky adhesive layer 15. The label is formed to a roll form 10R in which the label is taken up in such a manner that the surface provided with the release layer 16 of the base material 11 comes to an outer side.
