Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor capable of precisely correcting an output signal even when the temperature rapidly rises immediately after the power to the angular velocity sensor is turned on.SOLUTION: The angular velocity sensor has a temperature correction circuit 136 including a differential circuit 137. The angular velocity sensor is configured so as, when the temperature rapidly rises on an IC 130 of the angular velocity sensor immediately after the power is turned and when a temperature difference generated between the sensor element 30 and IC 130, to output a correction value which is different from a correction value in an ordinary temperature change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
