Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate also stack and reflector combination in response to a desired directivity and gain without need of complicated feeding and support structure even when the antenna system comprising the combination of dipole antennas is used for a high frequency band with shorter wavelengths such as quasi-microwave band.
CONSTITUTION: Dipole elements 12a, 12b and 15a, 15b formed as two stacks energized via microstrip lines 13, 16 and phase inverting circuits 14, 17 from a central feeding point 18 are formed on a front side by using a printed circuit board 11, an earth face 20 is formed on a rear side of the printed circuit board 11, a center conductor 19a of a coaxial plug 19 is connected to the feeding point 18 and an outer conductor 19b is connected to the earth face 20 respectively and a short stub 22 is formed by a line used to connect the feeding point 18 and the short pin 21 of the earth face 20.
