Title:
ANTI-REWETTING MECHANISM FOR DEHYDRATED WOVEN FABRIC IN WATER JET LOOM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3449532
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject mechanism designed to protect a woven fabric in an all-round manner from condensed water dripping from a suction tube without the need of any parts exchange irrespective of woven fabric winding system and prevent atomized water droplets due to water jet from leaking onto woven fabric side to ensure the woven fabric to be prevented from rewetting.
SOLUTION: This mechanism has such a scheme that a modified-shape gutter member 4 is set up along the underside of a suction tube 1 so as to overhang a dehydrated woven fabric being in passage thereunder to prevent the woven fabric C from being sprinkled with condensed water dripping from the suction tube 1 and also prevent atomized water droplets due to water jet from scattering onto the woven fabric C side.
