This antibacterial product is provided by having at least a part of a surface layer of a substrate with titanium, etc., forming the carbon-doped titanium oxide surface layer where carbon is doped in a state of Ti-C bond on at least a part of the surface of the surface layer, or exposing a layer where fine pillars consisting of the titanium oxide or a titanium alloy compound bristle on at least a part of the surface of the surface layer and the fine pillars are doped with the carbon.
