The antibacterial wrapping film includes a transparent film foundation material 3 having at least one surface given an antibacterial treatment, adhesive agent layers 4 formed on both the peripheral surfaces of the antibacterially treated surface of the film foundation material 3, and perforations 5 made at constant distances over the entire width of the film foundation material 3.
