Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain conductivity, improve transparency, antiabrasion property, hardness and chemical resistance, and facilitate manufacturing by providing a first conductive layer on a transparent carrier, and also providing a second hardcoat layer thereon.
SOLUTION: The antistatic transparent plate, sheet or film include a first conductive layer on a transparent carrier and a second hardcoat thereon. The transparent carrier is given, for example, glass or plastic one. The first conductive layer provided on the transparent carrier is matter having a conductive coat agent consisting of a conductive agent and resin application coated on the transparent carrier. For such a conductive agent, an antimony anhydride acid zinc sol is suitable, which has a primary particle diameter of, e.g. 0.5 micron or lower. As a UV ray curable resin is more suitable for resin to be used in a first layer. A UV ray curable hardcoat agent is preferable for a second layer having a hardcoat property.
