PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data structure for facilitating the arrangement of the data of all residents, and for achieving the efficiency of the running of a management society general meeting and an apartment management system utilizing the data structure.SOLUTION: An apartment management system 1 includes: resident data 22; owner data 21; manager data 23; a resident terminal 32 corresponding to the respective resident data 22; an owner terminal 31 corresponding to the respective owner data 21; and a manager terminal 33 corresponding to the respective manager data 23. The respective resident data 22 are associated with the owner data 21 and the manager data 23, and the respective owner data 21 are associated with the manager data 23. Also, the owner terminal 31 is able to browse/update at least resident identification information of the resident data 22, and the manager terminal 33 is able to browse/update at least shared notice information of the owner data 21 and the resident data 22.
