PURPOSE: A device for applying finish oil to yarn, characterized by controlling the oil pick-up as the package diameter increases from the start of the yarn winding so as to compensate the diffusion of the applied finish oil due to the contrifugal force in the package and to provide uniform oil pick-up from the outermost to the innermost layer of the package.
