PURPOSE: To obtain the subject apparatus capable of releasing operators from severe and dangerous labor, remarkably improving operating efficiency, etc., by providing a construction for successively removing the vertebra, fins, epidermis and surface dark meat while feeding a frozen fish body on a stool with a feeding mechanism.

CONSTITUTION: A frozen fish body placed on a stool is successively passed through a vertebra removing device (B), a fin removing device (C), an epidermis removing device (D) and a surface dark meat removing device (E) while being fed along a stool with a feeding mechanism (A) to carry out removing treatment of the vertebra, fins, epidermis and surface dark meat of the frozen fish body.
