To efficiently, accurately laminate a reinforcing member on an endless belt with a simple constitution by providing a support means of the belt and a supply means of the member, and incorporating a containing means capable of drawing the member in the supply means.

An apparatus for laminating a reinforcing member comprises a driving roller 10, a first support roller 20, a first support roller supporting and horizontally moving portion 30, a second support roller 40 and a reinforcing member supply member 50. The roller 10, the portion 30, the roller 40 and the member 50 are fixedly supported by side plates 61, 71 and a bottom plate 81. A driving shaft of a driving roller 11 is disposed between the plate 61 and the plate 71 to transmit a driving force from a drive source fixed to the plate 81 to a pulley through a drive transmission belt, thereby driving the roller 11. Thus, the member can be efficiently, accurately laminated on the endless belt.
