Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a polyolefin multilayer film of high quality by effectively suppressing or avoiding occurrences of both a melt fracture and a confluent unevenness when the multilayer film having a constitution of three or more layers is manufactured by using an LLDPE as a surface resin layer.
SOLUTION: An extrusion die used for manufacturing the polyolefin multilayer film has a lip gap 25a of an overall length L including an equal width part 251 of a predetermined gap width and a width expanding part 252 for expanding the gap width toward a discharge port 26 side so that the gap width of the part 252 is expanded to become θ<10° of an inclination, and further when the gap width of the part 251 is d, a relation of L/d2≥15 is satisfied, and when the gap width of the port 26 is D, D≥1.8 mm is obtained.
