Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the peeling of a welded part by the repulsive force of a base material after terminal treatment.
SOLUTION: After a fold is formed at the terminal part of a roof trim 1 by a bending jig, the terminal part is bent toward a base material 1a at the part of the fold by a folding-back jig and, thereafter, a heating jig is brought into contact with the bent part S of the terminal part under pressure to mutually weld the mutually superposed parts of the base material 1a and, even after the pressure contact of the heating jig with the bent part S is released, the bent part S is continuously bonded under pressure for a predetermined time by a pressure bonding member 13.
