PURPOSE: To surely peel a UV curing resin and a transparent plate by providing the apparatus with the transparent plate disposed between the signal surface of a stamper held by a stamper holding part and a means for ejecting up the transparent plate at the time of peeling the resin and the transparent plate.

CONSTITUTION: The UV curing resin 23 is packed into the spacing between the stamper 11 and the transparent plate 22 and is irradiated with UV rays, by which the resin 23 is cured. An air cylinder is then actuated and guide pins 14 and ejector pins 15 are moved upward from the surface of a stage. Consequently, projecting line parts 14a disposed at the bottom edges in the outer peripheral parts of the pins 14 and the top ends of the pins 15 pushe upward the transparent plate 22 and the inner peripheral parts of the resin 23 joined to the rear surface thereof. The transparent plate 22 and the resin 23 are thus peeled from the surface of the stamper 11 and the optical disk consisting of the transparent plate 22 and the resin 23 is completed. The destruction of the transparent plate by ejection at the time of peeling from the stamper does not arise even if the transparent plate having about 30cm diameter is used by using this method.
