This freshness-retaining apparatus 1 is equipped with an ozone fog generator 3 for generating ozone fog, an ozonous water tank 2 for supplying ozonous water from an ozonous water feed port 9 and feeding the ozonous water to the ozone fog generator 3 and an attaching part 8 for detachably attaching the freshness-retaining apparatus 1 to a cart body 21 for transportation. The ozonous water feed port 9 and the ozonous water tank 2 mainly constitutes a storage mechanism for storing a liquid having freshness-retaining force and the freshness-retaining apparatus 1 mainly constitutes a fogging mechanism for fogging the liquid stored by the storage mechanism.
