Abstract:
To provide an article conveying device (2) capable of significantly reducing a manufacturing cost and a maintenance cost as compared with the conventional article conveying device.SOLUTION: In an article conveying device (2), a plurality of article receiving pockets (18) are disposed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on an outer peripheral edge. The article conveying device (2) comprises: a rotary turret plate (16) rotating in a predetermined direction; a stationary guide (20) extending in an arc shape along the outer peripheral edge of the rotary turret plate (16) at least from an article receiving position (4) to an article discharging position (6) and outside the rotary turret plate (16) in the radial direction; and article support means having an article support surface extending along the outer peripheral edge of the rotary turret plate (16) below the outer peripheral edge of the rotary turret plate (16) at least from the article receiving position (4) to the article discharging position (6). The article support means includes a stationary member (30). On an upper surface of the stationary member (30) defining the article support surface (an upper surface of a plate piece (32)), a plurality of suction holes (42) are formed at intervals in the rotational direction of the rotary turret plate (16).
