By using a low repulsive material, such as low repulsive urethane material, having properties of strongly resisting to sudden thrust, deformed by slow thrust and keeping the deformed shape and slowly returning to the original shape in a condition of no thrust, an article dashing out preventing net member 2 and an article dashing out preventing device 1 are provided.
