To securely and strongly connect and fix one frame to the other frame effectively by using a small number of connection parts and requiring less assembling operation procedure and assembling operation labor by composing each of a specific fixing block, moving shaft, and rotary body.
A fixing block A is engaged in a hollow part FO to match a round hole part 3 and a screw hole 4 in the fixing block A with a round hole part 27 and a hole part 28 in a frame FA respectively in the condition where a moving shaft B is assembled in a cut groove part 2. Next, a screw 5 is engaged in the hole part 28 in the frame FA to be threaded in the screw hole A in the fixing block A matched with the hole part 28, so the fixing block A is installed on the screw hole 4 in the fixing block A for installing and fixing the fixing block A in the hollow part FO in the frame FA, and a rotary body C is engaged in the hole parts 3, 27 matched with each other to be installed by engaging a wide flange part 15 at a tip of a shaft body 11 of the moving shaft B into a notch part 22 in it.
