Title:
ATTACHING DEVICE FOR BATHROOM MIRROR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07155228
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To attach a mirror to a storing rack usable turning it 'upside down, without using jigs, by a method wherein a bar-shaped spacer is fitted in a space under the mirror, and in a space above the mirror, a mirror-depressing device which has spring elasticity vertically, and of which two leg parts are connected with a band-shaped curvature part, is fitted.

CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin-made storing rack 1, which is made symmetrical around a horizontal line, is so formed that a mirror-attaching part 11 and storing part 12 are ranged right and left. On the lower and upper parts of the mirror-attaching part 11 recessed, belt-shaped locking projection lines 13, 14 facing to each other are formed respectively integrally at the lower and upper side walls of the mirror-attaching part 11 respectively. The mirror 2 is locked by the lower locking projection line 13 and the upper locking projection line 14, and an almost square bar-shaped spacer 3 is fitted in a space under the mirror 2. In a space above the mirror 2, a mirror- depressing metallic device 4 which has spring elasticity vertically and of which two leg parts 41 each opened downward in section and formed almost in inverted U shape are connected with a band-shaped curvature part 42 curved upward almost in arc shape, is fitted, so that the top end of the mirror 2 is held between the leg parts 41. Therefore, even an unskilled hand can easily attach the mirror 2 to the storing rack 1 usable turning it upside down, without using jigs.
