To provide easiness even for the physically handicapped and to let an attendant easily move as well by getting out of a vehicle while sitting and providing stability as well.

Two rails are provided at the lower and side parts of navigator' s seat, a rail extension 3 is mounted on the rail inside 2, and a folding type ladder is mounted. The seat is pulled out and the folding type ladder positioned at the top end of the rail extension 3 is elongated. A wheelchair is placed behind the pulled-out seat, the physically handicapped is let stand up, the seat is housed, and the wheelchair is pulled closer to sit down.
