Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a charged party of communication even with regard to a communication terminal with no authentication function.
SOLUTION: When an authentication terminal is charged with a medium to be authenticated, the terminal is connected to an authentication center, performs authentication of the medium to be authenticated and authentication of a charged party ID (S2) and when it is successful, utility conditions such as a charged party ID, a time band, or the number of times are inputted (S4) and the authenticity is verified (S5). When it is successful, the authentication center registers the used terminal ID, the charged party ID and the utility conditions in a communication center. When there is communication demand from a terminal of the registered used terminal ID (S8), the utility conditions are inspected (S9). It this is successful, the register charged party ID is registered to a charge center (S11), it is made to start communication (S12) and a registered charged party is made to be charged.
