PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of cash management by providing means to switch that the cancel of a lock is caused to be effective or ineffective according to an instruction from an external part for the opening and closing lock means of a cash storing means.

CONSTITUTION: A cash storing means 111 equips an opening and closing lock means 110, which executes opening and closing by the instruction from the external part, and stores cash. A switching means 113 switches that the cancel of the lock is made effective or ineffective according to the instruction from the external part to the opening and closing means 110. Thus, since the switching means 113 switches that the cancel of the lock is made effective or ineffective according to the instruction from the external part to the opening and closing lock means 110 which is provided in the cash storing means 111, the reliability of the cash control can be improved on device use.
