PURPOSE: To automate clothes detaching work from an ironing apparatus by constituting an articulated arm supported by a column disposed on a base so as to be rotated for a supplied angle within a vertical plane and providing a clothes hooking part suitable for clamping and picking up ironed clothes on the tip.

CONSTITUTION: On the peak part of the column 1 attached on the base 2 provided with a height adjustable supporting leg 3, the articulated arm 4 turnable within the vertical plane by a cylinder 5 is provided. Then, the clothes hooking part 15 is attached through a connection member 10 to one end part of the articulated arm 4 and the clothes hooking part 15 is constituted so as to lift and detach the clothes ironed by the ironing apparatus or a pressing apparatus or the like disposed on a rotary table. Thus, since the work of detaching the clothes from the ironing or pressing apparatus is automatically performed, the need of interposing manual work in the automatic ironing or pressing apparatus is eliminated and a cost is reduced.
