Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic distributor extremely enhanced in distribution accuracy by directly measuring the vol. of an emitted sample.
CONSTITUTION: An image reading part 24 successively reading the liquid droplet 32b dripped from the tip of a nozzle 10 as a two-dimensional image at the time of the emission of a sample is provided. In a distribution control part 20, the contour of the liquid droplet 32b is extracted from the two-dimensional image to measure the radius of the liquid droplet. Further, the vol. of the liquid droplet is calculated from this radius and the vols. of the respective dripped liquid droplets are successively added to calculate the emission amt. of a sample as vol.
