Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure a long time required for the positioning of a printed board without causing interference between a mounted electronic parts and a nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: The height of a mounted chip device is read out from a preceding height memory 40 in a RAM 26. A CPU 24 then determines an angle for starting movement of an XY table at a height set by a timing table in a ROM 25. An X-axis motor 4 and a Y-axis motor 2 begin to rotate when a cam positioner 29 detects the angle.
