To provide an automatic ice making machine and a refrigerator easy in assembling components and improved in reliability.
The automatic ice making machine includes an ice making tray rotated from an ice making position after making ice at the ice making position to drop ice, a tact switch generating an on/off- signal to determine whether the ice in the ice making tray is dropped or not, a switch lever for pressing the tact switch, and a first case and a second case for storing the tact switch and the switch lever, and further includes a spring disposed between the second case and the switch lever in a compressed state. In a state before assembling the first case and the second case, the switch lever presses the tact switch, and in a state that the first case and the second case are assembled and the ice making tray is placed at the ice making position, an elastic force of the spring acts on the switch lever so that the switch lever is separated from the tact switch.
