Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a specified amount of powder accurately.
SOLUTION: An automatic powder feeding device 1 feeds a specified amount of powder from a storage tank in which resin powder as forming material is contained to the other tank. In the storage tank 2, a space part 10 and a powder storing part 11 are divided into at least two parts through a filter 9 passing gas only, compressed air contained in the space part 10 is fed to the powder storage part 11 so as to fluidize the powder, and a lifting member 3 moves a container member 4 up and down so as to scoop up the powder stored in the storage tank 2. Then a feeding member 5 moves the container member 4 to a specified position.
