CONSTITUTION: On the surface for personal service of the device main body, an insertion port 19 to which a floppy disk 18 is inserted is provided. When a customer inputs and directs an item for service information by touching the key, the service information can be displayed on a CRT display device 13 and the service information can be recorded on the floppy disk 18. A customer carries the floppy disk 18 home, and use it by reading out the content by means of a personal computer or the like. In short, the service information with the automatic transaction device can be seen from outside, and a large amount of information can be housed and preserved in the floppy disk, resulting in improving the customer service.
