Abstract:
To provide an automatic tray feeding device capable of ensuring separating a lowermost tray from other stacked trays and feeding to a next step.SOLUTION: Provided is an automatic tray feeding device adapted for trays having flanges which are formed on outer peripheries and between which a gap is generated when trays are stacked. The automatic tray feeding device is configured such that at the positions of both sides of a lower tray 1 of a tray magazine 2, a lower rotational disk having a lowermost tray support surface and a lowermost tray dropping notch formed on the peripheral edge, and an upper rotational disk having an upper tray support surface and an upper tray dropping notch formed on the peripheral edge are provided to a rotary shaft, the tray support surface of the lower rotational disk and the tray dropping notch of the upper rotational disk are at opposing positions in a vertical direction, and the dropping notch of the lower rotational disk and the upper tray support surface of the upper rotational disk are provided at opposing positions in the vertical direction. Preferably, the thickness of the upper rotational disk is set larger from the tray dropping notch toward the tray support surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
