Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately control the torque of a motor by presuming a voltage drop by the resistance of an armature and a brush from a current value and the terminal voltage of the motor before and after an armature current varies. CONSTITUTION:The values I1, I2 of a current 22 and the values V1, V2 of a terminal voltage 25 of a motor are loaded before and after a forcing current command 23 is applied at starting time. The resistance R of an armature and a brush voltage drop VD are calculated on the basis of the loaded current and voltage values. The product of the detected current 22 and the resistor R is obtained by a multiplying block 13, and the sum 29 of it and the voltage drop VD is obtained. An armature counterelectromotive force 30 is calculated from the difference of the signal 29 and the voltage 14, and a counterelectromotive force control block 11 controls the firing pulse of a field thyristor converter 4 so that it coincides with a counterelectromotive force command 24.
