In an axle load mowing controller 7, when an average value of pressure of a first air spring 1a suspending a driving axle A of the rear biaxial vehicle and pressure of a second air spring 1b suspending a driven axle B is lower than a predetermined reference value, internal pressure of the second air spring 1b is changed on the basis of the pressure of the first air spring for variably controlling axle load of the driven axle B, and when the average value is higher than the reference value, the internal pressure of the second air spring 1b is changed on the basis of the average value for variably controlling the axle load of the driven axle B. By providing this controller 7, consumption of air accompanying movement of the axle load is reduced without impairing traveling stability on a bumpy road or the like.
