To provide an axle support structure to avoid the deterioration of the performance of a support bearing device by preventing differential oil from infiltrating into the axle bearing device.

The axle support structure comprises the axle 1 operating as a drive shaft, an axle pipe 2 supported by the lower surface of a vehicle body with the axle 1 inserted through the inside, and the axle bearing 3 for axle supporting provided between an opening of the axle pipe 2 and the axle 1. The axle support structure prevents the flow of the differential oil from a differential gear into the axle bearing device 3 in the axle pipe 2, and comprises a flow prevention means 20 for returning the differential oil into a differential gear side. As the flow prevention means 20, it is not necessary to provide a special drive unit, for example, by using the one provided with an impeller 22 in the outer periphery of the axle 1.
