Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily fit an external panel with a small and simple structure by fixing a L-shaped bracket to the panel, and by penetrating a screw rod that has been erected on a joint member welded to a steel structural member through a long hole that has been provided to the flange of the L-shaped bracket, and by fixing it by tightening a nut thereon.
CONSTITUTION: A fitting structure 10 is formed by projecting the flange on one side of a L-shaped rolled steel bracket 22 toward the inside of a room, on which a vertically penetrated long hole 34 has been provided, and by welding the flange on the other side to a metallic plate 36 that has been welded to the reinforcing bar 16 of an external precast concrete panel 12. On the other hand, a joint member 18 is welded to the side part of the upper flange of a steel structural beam 14, and the lower end of a screw rod 26 to which a washer 32 and a receiving member 44 has been screwed in is screwedly erected on the seat 24 that has been welded on the upper surface of the joint member 18. The panel 12 is arranged so that the screw rod 26 is penetrated through the long hole 34 in the flange of the bracket 22, and the height is adjusted by turning the screw rod 26, and the position adjustment in the outdoor direction is carried out by the long hole 34, and then a washer 30 is placed on the bracket 22 and the bracket 22 is strongly fixed by screwing a nut 28.
