Title:
BADGE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07308209
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance an appealing effect via the use of a novel and beautiful plant itself particularly as a subject of afforestation for a tree-planting campaign by providing a badge body made only of veins with a hook means for clothes.

CONSTITUTION: A badge 1 is formed out of a badge body 2 made only of veins, a hook means 3 and a seal 4. For the preparation of the badge body 2, the leaf of Osmanthus asiaticus is first treated with acoustic soda and, then, dyed with a green cotton dye. The leaf is thereby processed into a leaf having only parallel and retiform veins clearly. Furthermore, the means 3 is formed out of a double-sided adhesive tape 31 and released paper 32. The means 3, when attached to clothes or the like, is kept in contact with the clothes after removing the released paper 32. The seal 4 is provided exactly at the reverse side of the means 3, and made of paper having a character or a figure printed thereon as well as a pressure sensitive adhesive on the reverse side. In addition, the size of the seal 4 is made larger than the tape 31.
