To provide a balloon releasing system capable of inflating normally a balloon for observation in a balloon releasing tower to release safely the balloon.
A gas supply port 13 is provided in a moving-directional tip side, in a tray 2b horizontally movable from a balloon release preparation chamber 2 toward a cylindrical body 3a of the balloon releasing tower 3 of a chamber adjacent thereto, and an intake port 14 of the balloon for the observation before filling gas is connected disconnectably to the gas supply port 13. Fiber net members 16, 17 are extended on an inner circumferential face and a bottom face of the cylindrical body 3a. The net members 16, 17 are extended on about half-portions in an opening 5 side of the inner circumferential face and the bottom face.
