Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for forming an undercut groove portion in a series of manufacturing steps of a ball-point pen tip.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a ball-point pen tip 10 comprises: attaching a columnar workpiece W to a processor; forming, at one end of the workpiece W, a taper portion 15 corresponding to a pointed end portion of the ball-point pen tip 10; forming an annular and undercut groove portion 16 in the taper portion 15; and taking the ball-point pen tip 10 out of the processor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
