To prevent a plate material, etc., from falling by wind by pressing down the leant plate material by a support bar of a prescribed structure.
A part 7 composed of a metal fitting is inserted into prescribed- shaped concrete 9, and the lower end of a bar 6 is fixed to the part 7 by a screw 8. Next, the lower end of a bar 4 is installed on the upper end of the bar 6 by a metal fitting, and the bar 4 can be bent in a bending place 5. Next, a bar-shaped support part of a part 1 for pressing down a plate formed in a T shape is inserted into an upper end part of the bar 4 to be fixed by a screw 3. In this case, the part 1 for pressing down the plate is turned sideways in an almost horizontal shape, and a rubber part is installed on both ends of the part 1 for pressing down the plate so that the plate is not damaged. The bar 4 is properly bent in the bending place 5, and the leant plate is pressed down by the part 1 for pressing down the plate to thereby prevent the leant plate from falling by wind.
