To treat useless scrap wood of excessive scrap wood such as useless branches, leaves or stumps other than timbers rejected in a large amount when standing trees are cut in relation to a member for a base material for greening a face of slope, a method for producing the base material for greening the face of slope and a production plant therefor.
This method for producing a dried water supply sludge (21) comprises roughly crushing the scrap wood (1) with a primary crusher (2), then preparing secondarily crushed chips (4) of a size capable of passing through a jetting port of a nozzle for spraying mortar or a concrete with a secondary crusher (3), using the resultant chips (4) as a fuel for a boiler (5), driving a steam turbine (6) as a power source for a generator (7) with steam energy from the boiler (5), transmitting power to the secondary crusher (3), a dryer (8) for building materials and a sludge-fermenting machine (11), feeding hot air from the boiler (5) to the dryer (8) for the building materials and drying the water supply sludge placed in the dryer (8) for the building materials.
