To obtain a base station device optimally setting cell radii in response to the statuses of peripheral base station devices and the connection statuses of terminals and minimizing interferences in microcells, while maintaining communication qualities of femtocells.
The base station device equipped with a plurality of antennas includes: down link-signal receiving means (a receiver 8 and a down peripheral-cell detector 11) receiving down-link signals transmitted from other base stations; and a measurement 12 for measuring the intensities of the received down-link signals. The base station device, further, includes a common-signal sending-power controller 13, separately controlling the sending powers of each signal transmitted from a plurality of the antennas, on the basis of the results of the measurements of the signal intensities in the measurement 12.
