Abstract:
To provide a batch division device of a corrugated board sheet capable of stably dividing a batch of the corrugated board sheet at a division position.SOLUTION: A batch division device 10 of the corrugated board sheet divides a batch BT into top and bottom parts at a division position BP to form a small batch SBT with a small number of stacked sheets. The device comprises: a discharge conveyor 2 that discharges the batch towards a downstream side; a stopper member 31 provided above the downstream side of the discharge conveyor; a stopper lifting/lowering device 3 that moves the stopper member in a vertical direction; a pressing member 72 that presses a top face of the batch on an upstream side of the stopper member; and a pressing member lifting/lowering device 7 that moves the pressing member in the vertical direction. A front end part of the batch that is moved at a predetermined speed towards the downstream side by the discharge conveyor and a stopper member lowered to a lowered position KP corresponding to the division position are contacted in a state in which the pressing member is pressing on the top face of the batch, and the batch is divided into a small batch SBT1 not in contact with the stopper member and an upper small batch SBT2 in contact with the stopper member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
