To maintain a bathroom interior at a preset bathroom temperature, in a bathroom heating and drying apparatus used for drying, ventilating or heating clothes or bathroom interior.
The bathroom heating and drying apparatus is equipped with a heat exchanger 110 where hot water is circulated and supplied from a heat source device 109 for heating hot water for supplying hot water through a hot water piping 108 installed in a circulation system path of the air by a circulating fan 107 for circulating the air in the bathroom, a thermomotive valve 111a for adjusting the supply of the hot water to the heat exchanger 110 by opening/closing a valve through expansion/contraction of a temperature-sensitive part due to the temperature change, a cooling means 1 for performing cooling for the thermomotive valve 111a, and a ventilation fan 112 for discharging the air in the bathroom. When the thermomotive valve 111a stops the supply of the hot water, the change of an adjusting valve can be promoted by operating a cooling means 1, and particularly when the bathroom interior is in a high temperature state, closing operation of the thermomotive valve 111a is made sensitive and the bathroom interior can be maintained at the bathroom set temperature.
