To provide a battery characteristics measuring apparatus capable of speedily starting measurement on electrical parameters of low-voltage batteries and measuring in a short time.

The battery characteristics measuring apparatus is provided with an AC constant current source 2 constituted in such a way as to establish DC connection to a probe 3 for current supply for supplying an AC constant current for a battery 41 via the probe 3 for current supply; buffers 10 and 11 constituted in such a way as to establish DC connection to probes 5 and 6 for voltage detection for inputting a voltage of the battery 51 via the probes 5 and 6 for voltage detection; filters 12 and 13 for removing a DC component form signals outputted from the buffers 10 and 11; and a control unit 19 (measuring part) for measuring electrical parameters of the battery 41 on the basis of an AC voltage of signals passed though the filters 12 and 13 and an AC current (It) passing through the battery 41.
