Abstract:
To provide a battery module and its battery control system capable of correctly controlling he using state of the battery, even if the battery itself or the control function itself of the information of its using state is replaced on the way.
In a battery module 20 which houses a battery 21, the electrical connection between a terminal to an outside device 10 and a grounding terminal is disconnectably constituted, and one or more state recording means 22, 23 for recording the using state of the battery by changing the electrical state from grounding to the outside device for opening before and after electrical discontinuing are installed.
