Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the release and installation of a beam form, reduce the possibility of a trouble at the time of moving and tuning, and reduce the number of supports.
SOLUTION: A formwork frame 4 and a panel formwork 1 constituting a beam formwork are separated, the panel formwork 1 is divided into two in the axial direction, split panel formwork units 10 are mounted in the formwork frame 4 movably in the axial direction, and the side plate 2 of the panel formwork 1 is connected to a bottom plate 3 rotatably around the axis parallel with the axis of a beam. Sufficient rigidity to resist the side pressure of beam concrete is given to the formwork frame 4 by stanchions 6 rigidly connected to the sleepers 5 of the formwork frame 4 and a tie material 7 connecting the stanchions 6, 6. Support metals 18, 18 fixed to pillars are connected at both ends in the axial direction of the sleepers 5, and the beam formwork can be supported on the pillars by the support metal fixtures 18, 18.
