Abstract:
PURPOSE: To solve the problem of the shortage of oil film pressure while the rotation of a rotary shaft is accelerated by mounting an inertia member capable of moving in the peripheral direction of the rotary shaft on the rotary shaft, around the outer periphery of which a housing is arranged, through an elastic member and forming a space which is filled with fluid between the inertia member and the rotary shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A housing 2 is arranged around a rotary shaft 1 capable of rotating only in one direction, and one end of an elastic member 3 is fixed to the rotary shaft 1, and the other end of the elastic member 3 is provided with an inertia member 4 having a fixed weight and capable of moving in the peripheral direction of the rotary shaft 1 contacting with the rotary shaft 1. A first space, 5 which is formed between the rotary shaft 1 and inertia member 4 and is filled with fluid, and a second space 6, which is surrounded by the rotary shaft 1 the inertia member 4 and opposes to the first space 5 from the opposite side of the inertia member 4 and is opened outside, are formed, and a minute gap 8 is formed between the rotary shaft 1 and the housing 2. This minute gap 8 is communicated with the first space 5 through a first passage 9.
